Shipping & Returns

  • Standard International and domestic shipping is provided as a free service on all orders. Domestic shipping will take 5-7 business days, and International shipping would take 3-4 weeks by local EMS speed post. To track your package via EMS, log onto
  • Premium shipping by DHL is additional. You can opt for a standard service by our shipping partner that will reach you in 10-12 business days. However, for some countries in Africa, remote location charges may apply. You can track the status of your package on the shipping partners website or by contacting their local customer care. 
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. As a recipient, you are liable for payment, to enable customs to release your order on arrival. The laws pertaining to import duties vary from country to country and hence we are unable to provide an estimate in advance. However, we recommend you contact the local customs office in your country for further information. 
  • Aeshaane will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders in case the recipient is unable to settle the applicable taxes and duties at the delivery address, or if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or if the package has been refused by the recipient. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery by the shipping partner/postal authorities.
  • If you have not received your order within the stipulated lead time, please let us know at the earliest by an email, so we can follow up at our end. Our shipping partners will make two or three delivery attempts in case of failed delivery, after which they may either charge you or return the package to us. If you have not informed us of a non-delivery of your order, we cannot take responsibility for any additional costs that may have to be borne by you.  
  • If you would like to ship the item as a gift or add a personal note inside the order, just drop us an email at the time of placing the order.


  • Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if we have delivered an incorrect product to you or if the product has a genuine defect. Slight Imperfections and variations in dyeing/hand printing are an inherent part of the product, and not to be considered as defects. 
  • If your request meets our return criteria as stated above, please mail us within seven days of delivery, with the your Order number, the reason for return and an image of the received garment. Please do not send back the garments without any written confirmation from us. No returns/exchanges would be made in such instances.
    • Once a confirmation for return has been given, please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and that the original tags are intact. For International shipping, we advise you to value your return package before sending. Aeshaane does not take responsibility for duties/taxes claimed by the Indian customs officials on your return package.
    • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you, and depending on the condition of the item, we will exchange/issue a credit note for the same. However, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
